Kintsugi, COVID, & Reshaping How Property Management Works

In spite of all the challenges that were presented to Americans last year, our role as a property manager has never been more visible or more valuable than it is now.

Real Estate and Property Management is ALWAYS impacted by whatever is happening economically and politically. Whether it’s natural disasters, geopolitical uncertainty, stock market fluctuations, or the world of ever-changing technology, we have always been at the center of various struggles and opportunities that are brought in year after year. Obviously, 2020 brought no exception. In fact, COVID-19 and ALL the environmental and cultural reconstructions it brought to our society might just be the greatest test of our property management lives.

Celebrating You

For me, last year was an important one, in that I learned an important lesson. I learned that flexing the muscle of discipline to CHOOSE to focus on gratitude changes everything. And to not only focus on it, but to speak it out loud to others, to practice it and make it a point to tell the people in my life why I am grateful for them, and to notice all the things in my life that are going well for me, big and small.
