I've been in the Real Estate industry since 1987, though prior to my professional career, as a teenager I grew up helping my parents refurbish and rent out apartment buildings. Even at a young age, the idea of Real Estate appealed to me as I loved seeing the structure and architecture of different homes. I learned quickly the differences between poor design and profitable design through the influence of my parents.
